How you can earn the right to get one and operate your own free store.

Join, Setup Profit Shopper, Qualify, Grow your Branches, Recruit VIP Shoppers and IBOs (both are important), accumulate 10,000 eV minimum over a three month period in a growing trend.  So one could argue something like 2,000, 3,000, 5,000, 8000, 12,000 etc. would be a logical growth pattern to shoot for (the key is it shows strength, the ability to teach lead and duplicate the process).  In the example progression above you could/would apply for your store right after you reach the first 10,000 eV accumulated in any one running three month period.   Another key point here is you cannot BUY your way in and even if you could, it would be STUPID to do that.  You need real live customers and co-promoters, helpers and otherwise to help you run your store, so you truly do need to recruit and in some ways you should think as if you already have one of your own, ask lots of questions at the stores you visit about how they do processes, etc. how they get help, etc. and it will give you an idea of how to assemble your team.The other reason I like the progression above is it better be real if you want to be successful and you better have it structured intelligently to pay you the most money.

Build Smart!

Both you and the company will benefit from this.   For example if you could recruit 10 people in one day, how would you structure them underneath your business center(s)?  The answer is to some extent it depends, on a lot of things, but in general there is on right answer to say that it is NOT... And that would be to stack them all in one line underneath you to "help" them each out with one person...  This is just stupid.  (sorry to be blunt here, but this will kill your income.)

How  you can find it.

Ask corporate first, they may already have it picked out for you and their decision usually wins.  BUT if you don't like that one, you could drive around the areas you do like and look for real estate signs or vacant spaces.  DO NOT CONTACT THE REALTOR OR BUILDING OWNER.   Just get the address or cross streets and city and the phone number for the listing agent and corporate will initiate the call.

How  you can document the location?  What data you need  to capture.

Obviously, Address and Unit number are pretty important.  The next most important thing is that there is a lot of foot traffic.  People walking by.  This requires a bit of time at the property because it is unlikely that, tthat kind of foot traffic is non stop other than at holidays perhaps.  Still timing can be everything as they say.  Need pictures of signs and the neighbors in an orderly fashion to the left and out and then from the subject again to the right, and then on around to ponit where you quit at the left if the unit is in a mall or a circular outdoor center, so the company can see the current location and the relative condition of the property on a larger scale beyond the unit or premises themselves.
