Answers to common questions...
What type of business opportunity are you pitching? Basically, you get paid for advertising for this retailer. You tell your friends about the opportunity and/or the products, then the company pays you a percentage of what they purchase. Of course it is a bit more complex, but that is it in a nutshell. The best part is they also pay you for your people's purchases, their people's purchases, their people's people's purchases, etc. to an infinite level on any qualified purchases. Now this isn't get rich quick and yes the percentage you actually earn of the total volume gets smaller as the volume number increases, but still. This is a sweet deal. There are no artificial levels, breakaways, mandates to perform at or above all the people in your referral network, etc. Most of these methods are designed to weed out the lucky average folks that get some big fish and caters exclusively to the big fish and the people at the top of most direct selling companies. Our company's payment plan is the fairest in the business. It is based on volume and the structure of the business as it relates directly to your personal branch or profit center. That is it. No special levels or Ruby, Diamond, Sapphire, Silver, Gold, Platinum or any of that nonsense. No heavily promoted big conventions that you must spend a bunch of money on just to go get pitched on other systems to help you promote your business. Just volume and the structure in which you place it. You can be in full control of your business and you can also benefit, kind of like the lottery with this business. If at some level below you, someone really takes off... you get to count and be paid for that volume. In otherwords you get the benefit of a "big fish" at any depth or level of your organization. There are some options to essentially clone yourself to earn extra checks, but these are not mandatory nor essential to earn a nice income, but they are very powerful ways if you have the means, to boost and supercharge your business for bigger checks faster and much more income for the same effort. Most people want this. Most people that can, should strive for this, but it isn't for everyone. If you are of limited means and funds, then by all means start small and build your way into a large business and kick in the additional streams of income as your sales skills and income increase. You can do this business either way. Jump in and buy up your sales qualification yourself, to ensure that you will have the seven profit centers as an example. This will cost about $1,800 on top of sign up fee - you get products of your choice from special sets for this money. These sets of products are made up of stuff that you would otherwise buy from other retailers. Again only buy what you will personally use, give away or use as demos/samples in the business. Do NOT buy things you won't use. It doesn't help anyone and the company doesn't care which sets you select, it is just the total sales volume that matters. Or if you don't have an extra $1,800 like most people right now, start with the $60 business membership and then work your way up to the larger business as you learn the products and how to sell the products and the business. If you are on my team, I will help you if I can, but you have to ask for the help. I won't force help on people. I simply don't have the time.
What is the best strategy to build a business with this opportunity? The best strategy is to build wide. Sponsor or recruit as many VIP Shoppers and as many Independent Business Owners as you can. Then support those business owners to help them learn to duplicate what you do. The biggest difference to your income over and above the size of your foundation (1, 3 or 7) is the width. So go wide. I personally want 32 good producing branches in my business. There is also the option to increase the size of your foundation and get two extra income centers or to get 6 extra income centers. These two options get you one or three extra paychecks for the same effort.
What is a Branch? A branch is when you sponsor or recruit a new business owner to your business. Then you get credit for everything they do. You get to count their whole organization's volume (to infinity). So when they get other business people that get other business people etc. Sounds like network marketing huh? Kind of but not really. This is a hybrid and the majority of goods are sold through retail outlets.
How many branches can I have? You can have an unlimited number of branches. More is better as many of the commissions pay on a branch per branch basis. So more branches equals a bigger paycheck.
What is eV? Earning Volume that is commissionable, usually 15-33% of a products retail price. The amount of a product that counts toward commission calculations. NOTE: Direct profit calculations are based on retail prices and are paid for qualified items the amounts of 5, 10 or 15% of the retail price. So if on of your customers comes in and spends say $100.00 on "A" category products (15%), then you will earn $15 of direct profit off of their purchase. If their referred shopper comes in and buys the same thing, They will earn $15 off of their reffered shopper's purchase. You as a business owner rather than a shopper receive cash, they get credits in the store as a shopper. Their rewards only go one level, you get the eV for all the shoppers you sponsor, plus all the shoppers they sponsor. So in this example, for simple math say the eV is 30% of retail, you would of earned 30eV for your shoppers purchase and an additional 30eV for their shoppers purchase. So you got $15 cash and 60eV that would count toward your Personal Branch Profit. Your purchases and all of your shoppers and their shoppers and their shopper's shoppers purchases.
How many profit centers can I have? You can have either 3 or 7 profit center if you hit 500 ev or 1000 ev respectively in the first 30 days of your business. Extra profit centers are like legal cheating allowing you to exist multiple times in the referral network to get paid extra checks on the same effort and volume.
So how do I decide what is right for me? You have to decide based on a few things: How much time do you have? How much money do you have? How big of a business do you want? The answers to these three questions will guide your decision easily in the evolutionary path of your business. I cannot give you a pat answer until I know more about your specific answers to these three questions. If you have a lot of money and not much time - buy up your qualification and get it overwith and then start earning immediately for all your referrals. You should only buy sets you will be able to use personally or in your business in some fashion. Demos, giveaways, etc. Some people have given away fuel enhancer as an example and bought 100 bottles (20 sets of 5 - IU1201). This option would cost $1,800 (plus tax). If you wait for purchasers to buy up your qualification and then you miss the level you wanted not only did you not meet your goal, but you left money on the table. If you have lots of time and very little money - sell your qualification level and hit it as fast as you can. Ask for help if you need it but try to get to at least the 500 ev level if you want a large business. One easy way to sell your way to the 500 ev or 1,000 ev qualification levels is to sell Hexagon Water Filtration Units. The Alkaline Hydrogen unit sells for $380 (plus tax) and counts for 200 ev points. Please Note: This is a member only price and $200 off of the retail price of $580. So the idea is to get the buyer to sign up as a VIP Shopper for either $20 or $40 of product purchased at regular prices (this product purchase cannot include reward items, special sets (like the water unit itself), or the "sale price" of any item. It is regular priced regular items that would normally have ev. Note the business owner sponsoring the VIP Shopper doesn't earn ev for the free membership purchase, so please don't buy more than about $40-$50 on this invoice. Split it up into two purchases if necessary. Don't have either time or money - Thats ok too, if you can scrape up $60 you can get started and still earn money! You can even grow your business over time into a larger business if you want. There is even a catch up path that will supercharge you to get an unlimited number of the two optional payment methods. In any future month, you can supercharge a single profit center (an easy to manage and low monthly overhead business and allow it to earn an unlimited number of BPI (Branch Performance Incentive Profit) and EI (Extra Incentive Profit) payments for an unlimited number of branches. Remember you must have at least two branches with over 500ev under a profit center for these two bonuses to even matter. How much does 500 ev in special sets cost? About $750 - $900. It depends on what you purchase. You get to pick from over 50 different special sets of products, so there should be something that fits your needs.
How much does 1,000 ev in special sets cost? About $1,500 - $1,800. It all depends on what you purchase or sell. Pick and choose from over 50 different special sets of products.
How long does it take to start earning money? Payment for sales is monthly and 30 days in arrears. So it will take at least 30 days. Now if you join and do nothing you will earn nothing. This is not a get rich quick scam or anything. You get paid commissions for consumption of products. The products are fairly priced, so the commissions are small compared to some MLM companies or direct selling companies and you are going for volume. But if you are good at selling the business memberships, the qualification sets and the push to acheive them in 30 days proves to be very lucrative for a lot of IBOs.
How Can I Sponsor VIP Shoppers or IBOs from a distance? You can use an affiliate or member associated link to the corporate website with the following syntax: www.ecosway.com/ushome/US106326 as an example where the member ID (mine in this case) is: US106326. So, if your ID were lets say US100108 the link would be: www.ecosway.com/ushome/US100108 . If you have more than one profit center, an A , B, C, D, E or F for example you can reference them with the suffix on the end like this: www.ecosway.com/ushome/US100108F and when you have someone click on this link and signup as a VIP Shopper or an Independent Business Owner (IBO) then they will be attached to that center (Unless they physically change the ID on the sign up form.) What the user types will rule (so it is always best to put your actual ID number on your card or note to your customer), but this syntax or technique of linking to the corporate site should result in the person signing up or shopping being placed in that center. If you are actively building your business, I would usually suggest using the top center and then monthly by the 9th of the month, move any new people down to where you want them to maximize the income from their efforts that prior month. Please note: If you move someone in the first 9 days of the month following when you signed them up, the commissions will be calculated as if they had signed up in the position you move them to. So if you give up a VIP Shopper to a downline that purchased say a Hexagon Hydrogen Alkaline Water Filtration System for $380. You would be giving them the $57 of direct profit. Direct Profit = 15% of all "special sets" - except the "special value special sets". A new IBO only is entitled to one "special special 100 ev set in the first 30 days of business" so take a look and take advantage of it if the product selection interests you.

So what are you selling or telling about?... There are currently over 300 SKUs (unique products) in the USA and it is growing all the time. Most of the products fit within a Health, Wellness, Beauty or Organics category. So we have all kinds of lotions, shampoos, nutritional supplements, weight loss assistants, handy household items, eco friendly cleaners that are safe for the environment and Organic foods in certain markets. The company opens and runs retail stores around the world (Currently on a rapid expansion in the USA, UK, Japan, Mexico, and soon China - ask me how to sponsor someone there). They pay all the bills for all the stores, yet let their business owners in the sales network operate them for a commission. They also consign and supply all the inventory all around the world. This allows them, just like other retailers to put things on special at any given time. This is something most other Direct Selling companies cannot do! These sales, promotions and specials are what drive retail sales. Additionally, they private label great products that are already proven to be successful in our broad categories (Nutritional Supplements and Vitamins, Hair Care - Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, Personal Care - Soaps, Lotions, Age defying skin formulations for all your body parts, Water Filtration Units that product clean safe drinking water as well as one that produces healthful Alkaline water that helps your body offset the acidic influences of the American Lifestyle. The company negotiates a great deal on large volume purchasing and private labels the items to save even more so your not paying for the "brand name". This isn't a special or new thing it is done all the time, Many Big Box, Membership Club Stores and Direct Selling Companies don't make their own products, they have them manufactured by an OEM and then they build their business around that product or line of products. The difference here is that we select and choose products based on the market, not the business model. If the market wants something we want to sell it and for a price the market wants (a competetive price that should save the consumer money compared to purchasing elsewhere). If the market doesn't want something any more then we quit selling it. We move with the market and fully realize that each product has its own life cycle and will eventually go out of fashion or down in price. This product life cycle or competition is what destroys most traditional direct selling businesses. They develop a system around a product or set of products. We developed a system around people and the distribution network of the stores and the products are critical but ancillary in their specifics to our business model. I personally know many people that lost their business built around one product after a big box retailer came out with a competetive product at 1/2 the price of what the direct selling company was selling it for. Now they have learned a hard lesson and are building this business. This is a key difference between us and the rest of the direct selling companies. We are a true hybrid. We are a retailer first and a direct selling company second. So we listen to the market. We respond to the market. We are the last stop you need to make in the direct selling business as we ought to be carrying it or selling it if it is truly hot! You basically can have anything from a very simple small and basic business to a very large and slightly more complex business. In the most basic form without involving partnerships, corporations or other business entities that are possible, a person or individual can have one, three or seven profit centers in the company's referral network. The bigger the business foundation, the bigger the monthly requirement to receive full payment. If you just have on profit center you must do 15ev per month in order to receive full payment. If you have three you must do 45ev/mo and if you have seven you must do 105ev/mo. Take the ev and multiply by three for a rough estimate of what you or your shoppers would have to spend each month to meet this goal. So basically for a single profit center, plan to spend $45-$60 on products each month (if you buy your whole qualification yourself). What is an IBO? An IBO is an acronym for Independent Business Owner and you are just that an independent contractor. So you will be responsible for your own income taxes, etc. The company will 1099 you at the end of the year with the earned income that they have paid you. As an IBO to get paid you must setup your banking account information to allow the company to push money into your account for each monthly payment. Remember the payments are 30 days in arrears. So if you start on the first of the month it may take you 60 days to get paid for your efforts. But once the checks start coming in steady it doesn't matter. Also remember that while many direct selling companies and promoters tell you that you must find and sponsor only "serious" people, while there is some truth to this in the sense that we all have limited time, it is not true in my opinion that you should leave anyone standing along side the road waiting to be picked up. Sign them up in some capacity... Free VIP Shopper, $20 VIP Shopper, $60 IBO (no qualification necessary), $60 IBO with 500 ev qualification in 30 days (about $750-900 of sales or purchasing of special sets only), $60 IBO with 1,000 ev qualification in 30 days (about $1,500 to $1,800 of sales or purchasing of special sets only). Each business "foundation" as I like to call it has its advantages and even some disadvantages. So figure out what is best for you. The easiest way to think about it is if you want a smaller business with just a nice part time, extra income, then there may be no need to go beyond one profit center for a simple $60 investment (note you will be leaving money on the table, but it allows you to build slow and not have to come up with a large sum of money to get started.)
How does a Branch Affect my Income? You will receive higher personal profits on your Personal Branch Profit if the sum total of your business and all its branches volume grows. There is a table that calculates your pecentage starting at 2% and growing to 23%. You also receive what they call a branch override profit for each branch (unlimited number of branches allowed). This branch override is calculated by taking your total percentage of your whole business and subtracting what that branches total percentage is. You get the difference of those percentages on their entire business volume. But when their business grows this profit goes away, because as soon as they hit 50,000 ev per month you no longer receive this profit on them. But if you have qualified your business now or then (you can fix this later if necessary) you will receive two additional profits that would be paying you $4,000 per month per branch that is at 50,000 ev. One of these two additional profits is a capped payment of $2,000 a month, the other goes to infinity based on the total volume of that branch. Note: When calculating these two additional profit payments BPI and EI the company deducts the largest branch from the calculation as it is considered your qualifying branch. This forces people to build at least two branches to get paid these bonuses. This would apply to each of your profit centers if you have multiple profit centers.
What is a Profit Center? A profit center is essentially a node in the referral network, or a business position and a paycheck for an Independent Business Owner. If an Independent Business Owner can make enough sales or purchases of special qualification sets in the first 30 days, then they can earn extra profit centers. Extra profit centers mean extra checks for the same effort. If you get three centers you essentially get you with an A and B clone of yourself below you. If you build under these, the computer sees three of you. Your main center with two branches A and B. It looks at the total volume for A and all its branches, does the same thing for B and pays your main profit center accordingly, then it goes down to your A profit center and performs the same calculation as if A were a separate person or business within the referral network. The effect is an extra check for the same amount of effort. This effect is amplified even further with Seven profit centers. Essentially in that model you get you, an A and a B and then you get under A a C and a D and then under B you get an E and an F. It's like you were cloned 6 times and you are in the business in seven spots all stacked up to help you the most efficiently. As if you were cheating, but it is legal and approved by the company. But to get these extra profit centers you must either purchase or sell your qualification volume in the first 30 days of business. There is a catch up option but it is hard and you will leave a lot of money on the table if you don't get there in the beginning. But if you don't have means to either sell or purchase this stuff in 30 days for whatever reason... then you can start small and always create a business venture that you can sign up under yourself after you generate enough income from your small business and then essentially lose nothing or very little. So don't let lack of time or money stop you from taking the tortise approach to this business. It will still work fine.
Are there monthly requirements? Yes. If your check is less than $50 it is 5eV and if your check is less than $100 it requires 10eV to have been sold or purchased in your personal branch (you and all of the VIP Shoppers you recruit to shop at our stores). Other than this it is 15ev/month per profit center. Now if you are paying attention, earlier I said you could get 3 or 7 profit centers if you qualified for them in the first 30 days. Won't this cost me more every month? Yes if you do it wrong. 3 profit centers require 45ev per month to pay out on all three positions. 7 profit centers require $105 ev per month to pay out on all seven positions. So if you are buying this yourself and not selling it to customers (VIP Shoppers) then you are drastically increasing your monthly spend with more profit centers. BUT, if you build smart and only use the centers that make sense while you are growing you can actually get fully paid and ony start out with 15ev/month and then just add in as you sponsor branches, even if you have 3 or 7 profit centers. So it is ony a burden if you let it be. There are also QUs. Called Qualification Units that are required to get paid. If you build your business wisely and shop wisely this should be no problem, but if you have a bigger business foundation and build haphazardly without regard to placement you can end up short of QUs and leave money on the table the problem can be fixed by getting more VIP shoppers. So just start out with this in mind and make sure you have plenty of QUs that will bank and save up to ensure you get every cent you deserve.

What is a QU? A QU is a Qualification Unit and it was created by lawyers for the United States and other markets to ensure that the business model was not abused as a pyramid scheme where people were just selling the business concept to business people who bought product with no intention to use it. Then they might bitch later if they didn't make money and say they never wanted these products. That is NOT our business model. We want and need real consumers and customers. This is not a pyramid scheme or a scam. It is a retail model that rewards you for referring customers, much akin to the affiliate marketing that takes place online with all kinds of businesses, but this one pays you based on a network marketing or direct selling, MLM style payment plan, but without all the pitfalls and gotchas that cause most people to fail in most direct selling companies. You earn 5 QUs for each VIP Shopper that makes a $15 purchase on one invoice. You earn 5 QU for each $15 of invoice a VIP Shopper purchases. So if they spend between $15-29.99 you earn 5 QU, if they spend between $30-44.99 you earn 10 QU, if they spend between $45-59.99 you earn 15 QU and so on and so on. Additionally you earn QUs from your VIP Shopper's Shopper's purchases as well to an infinite level. So build a big group of shoppers and this will never be a problem. So it isn't hard to earn them if you have real shoppers but if you are just propping up and buying up your qualifications then it can be more difficult and you will need to conciously monitor and pay attention to this. It is much easier to just get some real VIP Shoppers. The most the company will deduct from any one profit center is 30 QUs per month if the check for that center is over $1,000 that month. So if you have seven profit centers you might need to have 210 QU to get fully paid. So again, especially if you have 3 or 7 profit centers, be sure to get lots of VIP Shoppers to ensure you have plenty of eV and QUs to keep you fully qualified to be fully paid on your network. Basically in this model you are risking the $60 for the business package, but only if you don't take any action on what it offers you. You have a year to give it a shot for the $60.
Any other moneys or qualifications are acquired through purchasing products sold by the company. You decide how much you spend and what to buy.
There is NO MONTHLY AUTOSHIP.
So if you only buy what you want to use or consume, you really cannot get ripped off in this business.
Some unscrupulous networkers in this or other businesses may tell people they must purchase their own 1,000 ev on the first day and while this is what many aggressive business people (with means) do, it IS NOT what you MUST do.
The truth is you can build it with just $60 and never spend another dime and make money, BUT that is not what I recommend either. You must do what fits your circumstances and maximize the company's systems to pay you the most possible income for your efforts by knowing how to structure your business and make your purchases in a "profit shopper". These are the real secrets to success.
With all business opportunities there is obviously no guarantee that you will succeed, but if you put forth a consistent effort, I beleive this is one of the best business opportunities that will give you the chance to try.
Very little hard selling or is necessary or even desireable. It takes a soft sale I believe to get a long lasting customer. They have to really sell themselves. You are just sharing what you like about the business or the products and they ask questions, you have answers. That is how I suggest you approach any sales role and nearly every role in life is a sales role of some sort.
